Privacy Policy

This site, peppinwithrachel.com, is run by Rachel (“I,” “me,” “my”) as Peppin with Rachel. This page explains what information I collect when you use the site or join my email list, what I do with it, and the choices you have.

Short version: I collect your email (and a couple of optional details) if you give them to me, I use normal website hosting, caching and email tools, and I never sell your information.

What I collect

• Email signups. When you join my email list, request the links from one of my bio link pages, or sign up for a guide, I collect your email address, your first name if you enter it, and the country or region you choose from the “Where are you located?” menu.
• Where you signed up. I record which form or page you used (for example, the home page, a pop-up, or my TikTok, Instagram or Facebook link page) and the date. I use labels called tags to keep track of this, along with whether you’re in the US or not, so I can send you relevant emails.
• Email activity. My emails include standard tracking that tells me whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps me see what’s useful and keep the list healthy.
• Subscribers who moved with me. If you joined my email list before October 2026 through my previous email provider (Systeme.io), your email, name, country and signup source were transferred to my current system so you could keep receiving the emails you signed up for.
• Automatic data. Like most websites, my hosting and caching system logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit. This keeps the site running, fast and secure.
• Cookies and browser storage. The site uses a small number of cookies for caching and security. It also saves a small note in your browser so the email pop-up doesn’t keep showing after you close it or sign up. If I add analytics (such as Google Analytics or Search Console), those tools may set their own cookies to measure traffic. You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
• Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when the font loads.

How I use it

• To send you the guides, links, emails, sales, giveaways and updates you signed up for, including a welcome email right after you sign up.
• To send emails that fit where you are, for example deals or vendors that only ship to the US.
• To run, secure, improve and troubleshoot the site.
• To understand which pages, tools and emails people actually use.

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your email preferences. You can also email me at rachel@peppinwithrachel.com and I’ll remove you.

Where your information is kept and who I share it with

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. These are the services that handle it so the site and emails work:

• Hostinger hosts this website and its database, which is where your email signup information is stored.
• FluentCRM and Fluent Forms are the email list and form tools that run on this site. Your information stays in my site’s database rather than on a separate marketing platform.
• Brevo delivers my emails to your inbox, so it processes your email address and the emails I send you.
• Analytics tools, if and when I add them, receive basic usage data about visits to the site.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. I may also share information if required by law.

Affiliate and referral links

Many links on this site and in my emails are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and buy something or sign up, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those third-party sites (vendors, Amazon, NIIMBOT, Skool, GBK and others) have their own privacy policies, and I’m not responsible for how they handle your data once you leave my site.

Links to other sites

I link to outside resources, communities and shops. Clicking those takes you off this site, and their privacy practices are their own.

How long I keep it

I keep your signup information for as long as you’re on my email list. If you unsubscribe, I keep your email address marked as unsubscribed so I don’t accidentally email you again. If you’d like it deleted completely, just email me.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom, or manage your preferences from the same spot.
• Email me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you.
• Block cookies or clear site data in your browser. The site will still work, some conveniences just won’t.

Children

This site is intended for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has signed up, email me and I’ll delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and I take reasonable steps to protect the information stored here. No website is perfectly secure, so I can’t promise absolute protection.

Changes

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top. Continued use of the site after that means you’re okay with the updated version.
